Purpose of this app
The purpose of TDOC CRM is to help authorized Two Dudes, One Couch Inc. staff run the moving business in one place. TDOC CRM is an internal customer relationship and job-management application. Staff use TDOC CRM to track leads, book jobs, send contracts, create Google Calendar events, and import Google Local Services Ads leads. TDOC CRM is not a public consumer product.
What TDOC CRM does
- Track moving leads on a pipeline board from first inquiry to completed job
- Store booking details, quotes, contracts, and job photos
- Create Google Calendar events for booked moves
- Import Google Local Services Ads leads so the office can contact customers who requested a quote
- Coordinate crew tasks, timesheets, and follow-ups
Google access
A super admin may connect a company Google account to TDOC CRM. That connection is used only to create calendar events for jobs and to pull Local Services leads. Staff sign in to TDOC CRM with a company email and password, not with Google Sign-In for consumers.
Who can use it
Access is limited to Two Dudes, One Couch staff accounts created by an admin. Customers request moves on our public website; they do not create TDOC CRM accounts.
