Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern use of the Two Dudes One Couch website, contact forms, customer intake, contracts, and internal CRM (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who the CRM is for

The CRM is an internal tool for authorized Two Dudes, One Couch Inc. staff. Accounts are created by an admin. You may not share your login or use the CRM unless you have been given access.

Moving services

Quotes, bookings, deposits, cancellations, and job work are handled under the moving agreement or contract for that job. If these website terms conflict with a signed moving contract, the signed contract controls for that job.

Google Calendar and Google Ads

A super admin may connect a company Google account so the CRM can create calendar events for booked moves and import Google Local Services leads. Google access is used only for those business purposes. You can revoke Google access in Settings (super admin) or in your Google Account under Security → Third-party access.

Acceptable use

• Use the Services only for legitimate Two Dudes One Couch business
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account or data without permission
• Do not misuse customer information, job photos, or Google data
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the Services

Content and records

Job details, contracts, photos, and messages entered into the CRM are business records of Two Dudes, One Couch Inc. We may keep them as needed to provide services and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Availability

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on Google, email, or file storage may be unavailable if those providers are down or not connected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Two Dudes, One Couch Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or CRM. Moving jobs remain subject to the applicable moving contract and insurance coverage.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
